Our Community

Our goal in tech support is to try and document every thing we do so there is some sort of reference to look back on in the future. With that said, we have a collection of useful notions that I've decided to lay out with this page. I also need extra pages for PITC to load since I am getting the 'not enough engagement' console error.

Cool notions to checkout:

Product Support Guides - Guides to follow for all our products when modules do not load properly. The page also has useful references and documentation docs around all things tech support.

OW PS CLI - A command line tool that can be useful when making changes to one or many Spot IDs. So far, the commands include adding team members by userID, adding and modifying tenant configs, and downloading/uploading blacklisted users.

OpenWeb Configs in Console - This guide shows you how to find a site's tenant configs in the developer tools console. Easy to follow, with photos and detailed descriptions.

Reset Admin Password - This one is another easy-to-follow guide about resetting a spot admin's OpenWeb password. We get a lot of tickets around this one so I'm making it as visible as possible.

Performance Analysis - A cool reference on how we do a performance analysis for a site. The website we use is webpagetest.org.

Product Ownership Guide - 2021 Guide for referencing which product belongs to which team. A good reference to double-check before asking in slack channels.
